Vacancies with the Government of Guyana – Embassy of Guyana, Washington DC, Press Release

The Embassy of Guyana in Washington, DC published a press release today, in which they announced that the Government of Guyana is seeking to hire a number of Doctors in specialty fields including Obstetrics and Gynecology, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics to work in Guyana.

Excerpt:

1. Four (4) Obstetrics and Gynecologists
2. Two (2) Internal Medicine
3. Four (4) Pediatricians

The Embassy of Guyana in Washington, DC published a press release today, in which they announced that the Government of Guyana is seeking to hire a number of Doctors in specialty fields including Obstetrics and Gynecology, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics to work in Guyana.

1. Four (4) Obstetrics and Gynecologists
2. Two (2) Internal Medicine
3. Four (4) Pediatricians
4. Two (2) Surgeons

The following is the Annual Remuneration Package:

Annual Basic Salary – US$30,360
Vacation Allowance – US$2,530
Annual Gratuity (22.5% on Basic Salary) – US$ 6,825
Annual Total – US$39,715

Additional Benefits:

1. One (1) month’s vacation leave with pay
2. One (1) return economy air fare to and from Guyana for the Consultant and immediate family.
3. One (1) return economy airfare to and from Guyana for the Consultant and immediate family for spending the one month’s vacation in their country.
4. Housing/Accommodation.
