This move deviated significantly from standard practices employed by successful private organizations, let alone the meticulously structured protocols of a globally trusted government like that of the United States.
A glaring example was the USAID and CFPB websites shutdown, which resulted in either a blank page or a “404 error” message. Such disruptions create a poor user experience, leading to frustration and eroding trust and confidence in these long-established agencies among users. This not only reflects negatively on the agency’s credibility but also the US Government institutions as a whole.
