Earlier tonight I saw a preview showing of the new 3D movie “Gravity” and was pinned to my seat.
Vertigo sufferers beware; this movie is literally non-stop motion traveling above the earth.

Gravity is a suspense filled movie about astronauts from the US Space shuttle on a spacewalk mission to repair the Hubble Space telescope. The action begins early in the movie after a Russian satellite is destroyed and the resulting debris hurtles through space towards the astronauts at unfathomable speed.
The special effects and cinematography, coupled with 3D effects leave you breathless; the sensation of being alongside the astronauts as they encounter heart pounding events is surreal.
This is definitely a movie to see in its intended 3D format or on a large screen with full surround sound.
Gravity is everything an action movie should be; a good story, excellent actors and a director who knows his craft. Kudos for the exceptional sound and music which only enhance the overall experience.
I give this movie a five out of five and recommend it for ages 11 and up.
